My anti-spam paper first draft is done. I need some help with formatting to get it up online in a form presentable for the conference but once I'm done, I'll be publishing it for public review.

@emacsen have you considered submitting it to opensource.com? We accept cc-by-sa articles and provide a couple million of readers.
@klaatu I'll definately consider it. I'm not sure it's something your audience would like, a 15 page article that's a bit high level overview of techniques, most of which don't exist yet.
Also, thanks for reminding me to slap a license on it. I've been so focused on the paper that I haven't done so yet.
I also want to add some graphics to the final version.
