Last night was the first night in several days that I didn't take anything before bed about muscle spasms.

On the other hand, I overate yesterday by 400 calories and went over carbs. So... not great.

I've increased my potassium and magnesium, but especially potassium, by leaps and bounds, but getting to 4,000 mg a day is genuinely hard.

Today I'm back to strict keto, and riding that potassium train.
