Reminding myself that a minimal viable product does not need:

1. To be automated
2. To be pretty
3. To be perfect

Minimal means minimal.

@emacsen I love going to planning meetings with the mindset of "this is not needed, that is not needed, get rid of that".


If you make it: A minimum viable product does not need to be:

1. Automated
2. Beautiful
3. Complete

Then you could say: "A MVP need not be ABC" :)
