I'm probably one of the best trained people about anxiety. I was a crisis counselor, able to talk people out of suicide, or panic attacks. I have a certification in hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming. I have been a meditator, and so on.
But sometimes an anxiety wave will arise, like it is for me right now, as I write this. I can observe it from a distance and know it will pass, but having knowledge or experience doesn't mean someone can't feel anxious or sad sometimes.
