I saw Jojo Rabbit today. It was something I'd wanted to see in theaters last year but missed.

It's the story of a young German boy in the 1940s who idolizes Hitler so much that he imagines him as his personal imaginary friend.

I won't say it's a perfect movie. It has pacing imperfections and struggles to be both funny and dramatic, but I found the film incredibly impactful and meaningful on many levels. I can see myself wanting to watch it again every couple of years.

@emacsen That's crazy! It reminds me of The Boy in Striped Pyjamas. That's a movie that makes me cry.
