When the COVID thing started, I got back into a lot of very bad habits, fueled by easy to store carbs- gained a ton of weight.
This week I decided to go back to keto, where I'd lost a lot of weight and more importantly, had a ton of energy, but that transition sucks.
Not sleeping enough, needing to pee during the night, muscle soreness. The transition from SAD to Keto is not fun, but I look forward to all the benefits I used to have.
